1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all users of the r777e platform, accessible at https://r777e.app and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or mirror sites operated by r777e (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "r777e", "we", "us", or "our").

By completing the registration process on r777e, clicking "I Agree" on any registration form, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

• You agree to use the r777e platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active r777e account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of r777e services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. r777e uses this information solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on r777e at any time. If r777e detects that a single individual has registered more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — r777e reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and retain any deposits made into duplicate accounts in accordance with these Terms.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

r777e is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may also be asked to complete KYC verification at other points during your use of the Platform, including upon registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or if r777e's fraud prevention systems flag your account for review. Accepted KYC documents include:

r777e reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r777e account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. r777e staff will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from r777e and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on r777e are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. r777e does not charge currency conversion fees for players depositing in BDT. Players depositing via international cards may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer — r777e is not responsible for such charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

r777e offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by r777e are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus terms at the point of opt-in. r777e does not change wagering requirements after a player has opted into a promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

r777e monitors bonus usage patterns. The following practices are considered bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of winnings, and the forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms and extract value without genuine play intent (so-called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to your r777e account carry an expiry period, stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. r777e is not obligated to reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on r777e, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r777e platform:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, access games, or perform any other action that a human player would perform manually.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, game engine, or algorithm used by the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.

• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other registered players.

• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, software vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in games to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the technical infrastructure of the r777e platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r777e staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

r777e reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these user obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, the voiding of bets and winnings, the forfeiture of deposited funds, and referral of the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Certified Random Number Generators

7.2 Game Malfunctions

7.3 Disconnection Policy

r777e is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's loss of internet connectivity, mobile network failure, or device malfunction during a game session. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before commencing play. Where an ongoing bet or game round is interrupted by a disconnection, the round will be resolved automatically according to the game's own timeout and disconnection rules.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your r777e account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Account closure requests submitted during an active bonus period will result in the forfeiture of any unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by r777e

r777e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r777e's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their r777e account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

r777e shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Losses arising from events outside r777e's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed access restrictions.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services linked to or from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude r777e's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Amendments to These Terms

r777e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r777e will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — including by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered email address or mobile number.

Changes to these Terms take effect from the date on which they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the r777e platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1.
